Club structure

Club members have a space to share ideas, talk about investment opportunities, and plan strategies together. Each club functions as a fully autonomous onchain entity, as genuine DAO, where every member can join in on decisions and enjoy the benefits of collective efforts.
We are using the Quadratic Funding model for voting in clubs. The concept is based on the Quadratic Funding paper by Vitalik Buterin. It allows for a more balanced distribution of voting power, amplifying collective decision-making and reducing the potential for large token holders to dominate outcomes.
How Voting Works:
Proposal Submission: Any club member can propose a new investment strategy or asset for acquisition, which is then reviewed by the entire community.
Vote Allocation: Members cast votes on proposals using their club tokens. However, the number of tokens needed for each vote follows the principles of Quadratic Funding, where the cost of each additional vote increases exponentially. This structure prevents large token holders from unilaterally controlling decisions and gives smaller holders a stronger voice in collective decision-making.
Determining the Outcome: Votes are tallied according to the quadratic funding model, ensuring the results reflect the community's true preferences. This approach promotes democratic participation and consensus by giving a balanced influence to all members.
All voting data and results are recorded on the blockchain, ensuring transparency and building trust among club members.
Quadratic Funding operates on a mathematical model that emphasizes the importance of the number of contributors over the size of each individual contribution. The primary formula for Quadratic Funding determines the matching funds a project receives by taking the square of the sum of the square roots of individual contributions.
Math:
This formula ensures that projects with a higher number of contributors receive more significant matching funds, promoting broader community engagement and support.
By implementing the Quadratic Funding model, the voting process becomes fairer and more inclusive, allowing all participants to actively shape decisions and fostering a supportive community working toward shared goals.
